Supervised by Stephanie Pappas, LMFT #113610

I am deeply committed to helping individuals navigate life’s challenges.

Do you feel burdened by stress, misunderstood by your family and friends, and overwhelmed by anxiety…and wish you had the tools to change that?

You’re in the right place.

I’m Angelica, and I am deeply committed to helping individuals navigate life’s challenges, especially when it comes to understanding identity, culture, and personal growth. I specialize in working with clients who are exploring their sense of self, clarifying their purpose, and determining which aspects of their culture they wish to accept or reject.

I provide a safe and supportive space for clients to heal at their own pace, using an autonomy-affirming approach.
